November finally came and what? It’s gone already! Wow, did this month fly by like no other. We had a chance to review our freeze-dried dog food earlier in the month.
I’ll be honest, when I initially selected this item I thought it was dog treats. But when I received it I was surprised that it was actually dog food.
But we wanted to try it anyways!
Disclaimer: I received this product free of charge from chewy.com in return for my honest review.
A lot has happened since my last post. We have had a lot of family struggles and unfortunately I had to make the heartbreaking decision to re-home my Chiweenie and Pitbull Mix.
However, our Pitty Mix went to live with my fiancé’s parents and let me tell you she is being spoiled! Jackson on the other hand went to live at the local humane society with a stipulation on his adoption that the new owners MUST be in contact with me. Which eases my worries.
As of right now I have my little Chihuahua and my Vizslador. Who both loved the freeze-dried dog food.
To begin with you have to mix 1/2 cup of water with 1/2 cup of the food.
I really liked how easy it was to simply mix the food together! If you want more of a runny texture you should add more water.
The bag says you have to wait 5 minutes until it can be ready to serve! Let me tell you, Champ and Maggi loved it!
Thank you to Chewy for providing us with some excellent food! If we were to stay on a strict freeze-dried food Wellness True Foods would be our choice!
You can find this package at Chewy.com here for a great price of $12.29
